Bushfire Zooper Dooper Fundraiser 11th March 2020
As a Catholic school, it is part of our mission to try and uphold the dignity of all people and those affected by the bushfires are no exception. We need to be the light shining brightly for these people, as beacons of love and hope. Those affected by the bushfires need our constant love and prayers as well as financial support to help them to get back on their feet. On Wednesday the 11th of March, at recess time, we will be selling Zooper Doopers for a gold coin donation. The money raised will be sent to Vinnies (St Vincent de Paul Society). Vinnies is the charity organisation for the bushfire appeal which is suggested by the Archdiocese of Melbourne. For more information about how Vinnies uses the money for the Bushfire appeal please see https://www.vinnies.org.au/page/Donate/Vinnies_Current_Appeals/Vinnies_Bushfire_Appeal_FAQs/ We appreciate your support in this appeal. These are some of the posters that the Social Justice Leaders have created to promote this cause!!

Ask your child what commitment they’ve made and how this helps others. Support them to carry out this commitment during the season of Lent.

Today, Phill Cristofaro, visited the Year 3’s and 4’s and we used clip on microscopes to take a look at some common household ingredients such as coffee, tea, sugar and milo. Learning At Home Link: Ask your child what they saw when they looked through the microscope and whether their prediction was correct or not?
